Clean Air Grant for Foreigners & Expats 2026
For homeowners in Poland

Bought a house in Poland? Here’s what you need to know.

Poland’s government runs one of Europe’s most generous home renovation grant programs — the Clean Air (Czyste Powietrze) scheme covers insulation, windows, doors, new heating systems and solar panels. Grants range from 40% to 100% of the cost depending on household income, with a maximum of 136,200 zł (around €31,500). All guides on this site are in Polish, but this page gives you an English overview of what’s available and how to access it.
